To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opie Holdings, Inc, its affiliates, and team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.

• Technical issues, data errors, or outages.

You use the app at your own risk.
